This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://v4edu.in (‘Website‘), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform‘).

The Platform is owned by V4EDU, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at S 1, 64, LAJPAT NAGAR, Jaipur Jagatpura, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, ‘we‘, ‘us‘, ‘our‘).

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, ‘Services‘). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. • V4Edu acts solely as a platform to connect students/parents with tutors.
• V4Edu does not employ tutors or provide direct educational services.
• All users must agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

For Students/Parents

• Background Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the student/parent to verify the qualifications, credentials, and background of the tutor.
• Liability Waiver: V4Edu is not responsible for any misconduct, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behavior by the tutor.
• Interaction Accountability: All communication, interaction, and agreements made with the tutor are the responsibility of the student/parent.
• Payment Safety: Ensure payments are made securely and directly to the tutor as per mutually agreed terms. V4Edu does not process payments or mediate financial disputes.
• Complaints: Any complaints regarding tutor behavior or services should be reported immediately to V4Edu for review, but V4Edu is not liable for resolution.

For Tutors

• Background Verification: Tutors are responsible for providing accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and background to students/parents.
• Professional Conduct: Tutors must maintain a professional attitude and behavior in all interactions with students/parents. Any misconduct can lead to removal from the platform.
• Liability Waiver: V4Edu is not responsible for any misbehavior, financial disputes, or damages arising from interactions with students/parents.
• Payment Agreements: Tutors must independently agree upon payment terms with students/parents. V4Edu does not facilitate financial transactions.
• Legal Compliance: Tutors must ensure that their services comply with local laws and regulations.

Disclaimer

• V4Edu does not conduct background checks on either tutors or students/parents. Use the platform at your own discretion.
• V4Edu is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or misconduct arising from the use of the platform.
• All users are encouraged to report suspicious activities or inappropriate behavior to V4Edu. While we may take action to suspend or remove accounts based on reports, V4Edu is not obligated to resolve disputes.
• By enrolling as a student or tutor on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Students and tutors can become members of the site with a nominal one-time, non-refundable portal maintenance charge of ₹100. Home-tuition.v4edu.in designed to seamlessly connect students with tutors, allowing them to view each other‘s profiles and communicate effectively.
• At the time of registration, please give a valid mobile number and personal email address. We want our users to engage with real people who have accurate contact information; false profiles will result in membership cancellation without warning.
• Any profile that contains irrelevant, unlawful, or pornographic content is strictly forbidden.
• If our terms and conditions are not followed, we retain the right to deny students/tutors access to our site.
• Students with a free membership can contact tutors via our site‘s Email feature and should wait for a response.
• Tutors with a paid membership of just Rs. 100 can contact students who have posted tuition requirements through our site‘s Email/Calling tool and connect directly.
• Students/Parents accept that while engaging into a tuition contract, it is their obligation to verify the credentials and qualifications of any Tutor.
• A Tutor understands that he is not an employee of home-tuition.v4edu.in and takes full responsibility for all Income Tax and other responsibilities arising from any tuition contract costs. Our enrolled members do not receive any kind of experience certificate.
• Members accept that home-tuition.v4edu.in is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other form of loss or damage incurred by a Member as a result of using the Website, including loss of data or information, or any financial or physical loss or damage.
• Home-tuition.v4edu.in does not guarantee that a student will be assigned a tutor or that any tuition funds will be refunded on the tutor‘s or student‘s behalf.
• home-tuition.v4edu.in retains the right to change subscription fees at any time without notice.
• Home-tuition.v4edu.in retains the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
• Before making any direct payments between them, the student/parent can request that the Tutor‘s address and residential details be verified.
• home-tuition.v4edu.in is not liable for any misbehaviour on the part of Tutors or Students. Before getting into a tutoring contract with the opposite party, both students and tutors, particularly female students/tutors, should assure their safety. Home-tuition.v4edu.in is not responsible for any type of loss.
• The above are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any dispute arising out of the use of this site will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Jaipur, India. Please proceed only if you freely and voluntarily agree all of the terms and conditions listed above.

Home-tuition.v4edu.in is a website that connects students with tutors. Any tuition contracts or other transactions you have with other members of home-tuition.v4edu.in are exclusively between you and that third party. We will not be liable, responsible, or liable for any such action. You agree to hold home-tuition.v4edu.in harmless from any claims arising from this action.

Liability and Limitation

• THE SITE, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. • HOME-TUITION.V4EDU.IN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, CONTENT, OR SERVICES.
